Business Process Management

Our BPM methodology is a seven step methodology developed to evaluate and improve business processes.  The methodology begins with a series of process mappings and concludes with a detailed implementation of recommended steps. Our methodology of both structured and unstructured techniques allows ZenEdian to deliver a comprehensive plan for improvements that support the organization’s goal of growth. Our methodology identifies those processes that will yield maximum value and through our end-user interactions identifies the risk and resistance expected in achieving the corporate goals.

IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure offers two methodologies; the first assesses the critically important issue of IT security by an auditing approach that performs a comprehensive audit of the IT environment. The methodology consist of seven separate stages, eighteen distinct and comprehensive IT security areas and a set of tools that aid in the collection and analysis of the audit. A key component of the methodology is the determination of impact to each business area; a critical element in assessing priorities for investments. It offers recommended changes to address any findings along with long-term processes to continually monitor and report. This methodology is a critical tool to IT Management, Executive Management, Board-level audit requirements and Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning.

The second methodology assesses the current IT delivery model and how effective that model is in meeting the strategic goals of the business. As a means of validating and justifying the IT organization, this is an excellent methodology to assist both IT and Executive Management in helping align IT to the corporate business model, where appropriate. As a tool, this approach is invaluable to IT Management in determining where they are meeting corporate goals and allowing them to replicate those successes throughout the IT delivery environment.

  Corporate Web Site

The Corporate Web Site service evaluates your website against your corporate model to determine if your web site is providing maximum value to the corporation. This service treats the corporate web site like any other corporate asset to evaluate the value being returned by the asset. The service uses a structured methodology that begins with a thirty (30) point survey describing the overall business model and where the corporate web site is providing service. The Corporate Web Site service ensures your website provides value to all the key areas of your organization; examples would include Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Human Resource.

The thirty point survey is then used to develop a more detailed analysis based on the results so that recommendations are delivered to the customer based on a detailed and structured assessment of the corporate web site.
